Has anyone ever been infected by having unsafe oral ONCE

It seems there are multiple exposures for every documented case. Are there any ONE time sexual encounters documented ( particularly oral) transmission? Thanks Doctor, I love you!

Yes, I have personally treated HIVers who were unlucky enough to contract the virus with their first sexual experience.
