Response from Dr. Frascino
Hello, A question never asked? WHAT? This type of question gets asked so frequently, it qualifies as a QTND (question that never dies)! Have a closer look at the archives. Like all QTNDs, this one has an ATNC (answer that never changes). Yes, ELISA tests are accurate and valid for years and years after an exposure. Your negative HIV-1 and HIV-2 antibody test is definitive, conclusive, WOO-HOO-able and about seven years plus nine months overdue! So now I have a question for you. What the hell took you so long to collect your WOO-HOO??? Dr. Bob | |||||||||
