 Hi, Fasting is not necessary for HIV screening. However, I do have a piece of medical advice for you. Quit smoking! If you don't, cigarettes will indeed kill you in a very painful and undignified fashion. I watched my brother die of cigarette-induced lung cancer with brain metastases. Dr. Bob | ||||||||
