Tranny in Trouble. WIll Donate!! Dec 23, 2009 Hey, sexy! I have a concern. I wear wigs frequently and the other night I shared a wig with a friend of a friend, and found out this person is HIV+. Now can I contract HIV through sharing his/her wig? I scratched my head ALOT that night because that darn wig itched!! And I don't know if I scratched too hard and bled. Would this be a concern if this person did the same itching thing I did and possibly bled, then me? Donation of $50 via paypal, hot stuff!! LOVE ALWAYS KIKI ;) |

 Hey Kiki, HIV transmission via tranny wig??? Nah! If that were the case, HIV would have wiped out the planet (or at least the entire drag queen population) long ago. You can relax.
