| barebacking Dec 11, 2009 Dr Bob, who should be called doctor Hope- or maybe, Bob Hope. Your attitude and answers give all of us directness and humour- 2 sides, well needed. Here is my question: With regards to medical reviews etc., The Body itself, what is meant by bare-backing? Is it insertion and ejaculation without a condom or insertion only and no ejaculation? In general I see it as unprotected insertion, whether ejaculation takes place or not; however, in terms of HIV infection, it may be different. Could you please elaborate and let me, us, know. Thanks you so very much in advance. Shane, Ottawa Canada |

Response from Dr. Frascino
Hi Shane, Bob Hope! Very clever. Actually, I totally agree with your understanding of barebacking. It is indeed unprotected sex with or without a big "O" happy ending. I'm not sure what type of elaboration you would like. When it comes to STDs, including HIV, barebacking is sexual Russian roulette, pure and simple. Dr. Bob says: Not recommended, even for Brokeback Mountain cowboys going on fishing trips! Stay well. Don't bareback! Dr. Bob | |||||||||
