Transmission from bugs or insects... Nov 18, 2009 Hi Dr. Bob, I know that you have answered questions about transmission from mosquiotos alot but I read an article stating that they can transit a number of dieases...This is the site that I read...http://www.mosquitoinfo.info/how-mosquitoes-carry-and-transmit-disease/. Could any type of bugs or insects transmit HIV or Hep. I broke out in pimples or irratations from something on my head, so it may have been lice ( although none were found in my head) or maybe some other insect. So basically, can any type of Insect or bug transmit HIV or Hepatitis.. Thanks in advance. :-) |

At least until the next person drags up this QTND (question that never dies) with its corresponding ATNC (answer that never changes).
