Positive EIA
Apr 20, 2009

I have given blood and came up with a positive EIA test. However the western blot was a negative and the NAT test was also Negative. Does that mean that i Def am Negative?

Response from Dr. Frascino

Hello,

Yes, a positive EIA followed by a negative Western Blot and NAT would be read as a negative HIV test.
