Condom Break Apr 8, 2009 Two weeks ago I had sex with a Russian lady. During the process the condom broke. After about 1 minute 1 removed my penis changed the condom and continued. Yesterday the same thing happened but with a lady from Ghana. On both occasions I had a lot tot drink. Please Doctor assess my risk and advise. |

 Hello, Risk: Broken-condom risk is the same as unprotected insertive penile-vaginal sex. HIV testing is warranted at the three-month mark. Also, because bachelorette #2 was from Ghana, you'll also need to be screened for HIV-2 as well as HIV-1. Advice: Dude, check your condoms and condom technique. Used properly, latex condoms very seldom fail (break). You are two for two! What's up with that? Did you perchance purchase those Trojans during the Reagan era?
