Response from Dr. Frascino
Hello, Yes! Disability insurance companies can cut off your benefits at any time that they feel you no longer meet the specific criteria for disability benefits as detailed in your insurance policy. If you have a new HIV specialist, it's extremely important that you discuss this concern with him. If push comes to shove and your benefits are stopped, get a lawyer to help you fight the termination. Good luck. Dr. Bob | |||||||||
