 Dude, why would the exact name of the extraction procedure matter to you? Even if it was called a Backdoor Roto-Rooter-ectomy or Gluteus-Maximus-Searcheroo, you'd still have the doctor trying to retrieve your toys from an uncomfortable location. As for discussing "colonic bowel blockage from losing larger dildos up around the bend," I'd rather not. Instead, I'd suggest you become less aggressive about trying to mount fire hydrants and other similarly shaped large objects, OK?
