Hello, If he "pulls out" (or even "pills out") before popping his cork, you are not safe from HIV (or other STDs)! HIV can be found in pre-cum (pre-ejaculate) and pre-cum can transmit the HIV infection. Yes, the HIV-transmission/acquisition risk may be less, but it certainly is not completely eliminated.
