What are Sarah Palin's views on HIV/AIDS?
Response from Dr. Frascino
Sarah Palin's views on HIV/AIDS? Who knows? She refuses to talk to reporters! After all, McCain picked her without knowing anything about her. Why should voters have it any better??? As Maureen Dowd wrote in her column: "Only four days into her reign as John McCain's 'soul-mate' 'Trophy Vice,' as some bloggers are calling her, on the ticket known as 'Maverick Squared,' Palin, the governor of Alaska, has already accrued two gates (Troopergate and Broken-Watergate), a lawyer (for Troopergate), a future son-in-law named Levi (a high school ice hockey player, described by New York Magazine as 'sex on skates'), and a National Enquirer headline about the 'Teen Prego Crisis' with 17-year-old daughter Bristol. It seems like a long time since Vice President Dan Quayle denounced Murphy Brown for having a baby out of wedlock, bemoaning a 'poverty of values.'"
Well, considering she describes herself as a pistol-packing pit bull with lipstick, I suppose one could assume she'd make a better vice president than Cheney, which, of course, is setting the bar extremely low, merely because she's a better shot than he is!
What are her thoughts on HIV/AIDS? I doubt we'll ever find out. What we do know is that her abstinence-only, holier-than-thou sex education is directly responsible for her 17-year-old daughter's pregnancy. Considering she was having sex without protection with "Sex on Skates," it's lucky all she acquired was an unwanted pregnancy. By the way, when is the shotgun wedding going to take place???
As for McCain, all I can say is same old, same old. I do mean "SAME" and "OLD!" and what's up with that creepy, too-late, too-long "I just made a funny and a poopy in my Depends" grin of his!
