Another Mutual Masturbation Question? Sep 6, 2008 Dear Dr. Bob: Maybe I didn't type in the correct wording on this, so I only got an answer with HIV- people. My question is: I jerked off a guy yesterday of unknown status. I rinsed my hands off with water after and dried on towel; no soap was available. When I got home, I notice a hang nail on my thumb. Wasn't bleeding or red, just a hang nail, but it was sore to the touch and that is what has me concerned. I'm trying to remember the saying that I've read on here before, "If blood cannot get out, HIV cannot get in ... ". Would that apply to this senario? Should I be concerned? Thanks again.
