| An answer to "HIV free treatment in the UK" Jul 13, 2008 Dr. Bob and Jon HIV treatment is not only free in the UK but in most (if not all) of the EU member states. In Greece for example (a country that most Americans consider "poor") not only HIV treatment is free, but HIV positive people receive a pension of about 1,200 Euros per month plus free public travel, free theater, discounted holidays and few more benefits. That is on top of every citizen receiving free education from the first day at primary scool to the last day of university education! And the biggest irony of all? The USA requires VISA and restricts the travel of HIV positive people from the EU currently on AVR Drugs in "fear" that they might travel to the US to "beg" for better treatment! That makes me laugh! |

Response from Dr. Frascino
Hi, I'm confident that with the help of the 47 million Americans who have no health insurance and the additional 25 million who are underinsured that we will indeed elect Barack Obama to be our next president. Part of Dubya's legacy is his veto of the Democrat's attempt to expand health care coverage to children! Can there be any doubt that "W" stands for "Worst President Ever!"??? Dr. Bob | |||||||||
