Response from Dr. Frascino
Hello, Yes, you are at risk (or "rist"?). Unprotected receptive sex with an HIV-positive boyfriend, even with pulling out before orgasm and with his being "undetectable" for over 2 years, is still an HIV-acquisition risk. You should get HIV tested immediately. If negative, you'll need follow-up tests at the three- and six-month marks. In addition, hopefully I don't have to mention: "No glove, no love, no exceptions!" Good luck. Dr. Bob | |||||||||
