 Hello, The HIV-acquisition risk per episode of unprotected (or broken-condom) insertive penile-vaginal sex with a partner confirmed to be HIV positive is estimated to be 5 per 10,000 episodes. Your estimated risk would be even less, as we do not know the status of your prostitute. I see no reason to postpone your wedding plans. What I would advise is that you level with your fiancée and that you use latex condoms for penetrative sex until you get your definitive three-month HIV test results back.
