Hottie RN update! Jun 1, 2008 Hi there! How's my favorite doc? I had an encounter with another "Hottie RN." We had a nice dinner. Dessert was as follows:unprotected cunnilingus for 10 minutes or so.  Hi, Even with the "small ulcer/crack" on the roof of your mouth, your HIV-acquisition risk would be extremely low at best. If you're worried, get a single rapid HIV test at the three-month mark. I have no doubt the result will be negative. As for your dessert choice, well let's just say that if your choice was offered on the menu at the Cheesecake Factory restaurant, I'm sure "Hottie RN" would even beat out the Triple Chocolate Caramel Swirl Sensation as the top seller!
