May 19, 2008 I have a question The guy I have been having sex with is a HIV positive bottom.I'm a Top and HIV negative.what are my odds of getting HIV if I use a condom everytime with him and only a top with him?HIs count is also low to undetectable.What are my chances or percentage that I might get HIV? |

 Hello, We don't have an estimated-risk statistic for the scenario you describe. However, what I can tell you is that HIV cannot permeate intact latex. No way. No how! Consequently, if you use a latex condom properly and it doesn't fail, your chances of acquiring HIV would be essentially nonexistent. Stay safe. Stay well. Dr. Bob | ||||||||
