Female to Male Transexual question Sep 7, 2007 hi, Iam a female to male transexual who has fallen head over heals for a po gay man.We are together and iam a bit afraid of this.I d have a penis if youd call it that but Iam the bttm and Iam afraid of catching it.What are the odds of a female to male transexual versus a gay male of catching it. |

 Hello, HIV really doesn't care if you are a "po gay man," a rich gay man, a tranny, a granny or even a GOP hypocrite in a men's room stall at the Minneapolis airport. The risk remains the same and is related only to the type of exposure. So if you use a latex condom properly and it doesn't fail (break), your HIV-transmission risk is essentially nonexistent, even if you've spent more time on your back staring at more ceilings than Michelangelo. Similarly, if you decide to bareback, your risk increases greatly, even if you only get screwed by undercover cops on sting operations. OK? Stay safe and you'll stay well. Check out our archives.
