pls help this bodybuilder

hi bob sorry for troubling you but i really need your expert advice and guidance to go through this tough time.i am a body builder who workout like hell has a dream of competing. my self and my gym buddy were taking sustanon 250 (testesterone development) and our syringes looked identical.he injected himself first and i wrongly touched the needle of his syringe with my fingers and then i touched mine before injecting to myself.i know iys very risky but i am sure that i used my syringe for injecting. i after touching my syringe with my fingers i wiped the needle of my syringe with teh dry tissue thoroughly before injecting.did it reduce the risk.i am losing my sleep over it.i dont know the status of my friend.pls guide me.your expert advice is badly needed.pls reply .i promise to donate to your esteemed foundation. with love michael

Hello Michael,

Although I do not condone the use of injectable anabolic steroids for individuals who do not have documented hypogonadism due to the risk-versus-benefit ratio of using these agents, the specific risk of HIV transmission from the episode you describe is nonexistent.
