hello doc. bob. First tell me how to make a donation from outside the US. second my story: I had drunk to death. i had vaginal and oral sex with a Chinese prost. first it was protected but two times she said where is the condom i am not sure if it was during oral sex on her or during vaginal. the morning when the alcohol went out of brain i realized i was exposed perhaps to HIV. 10 i had a blod test soon my Alkaline phosphates was 113. 3 days after i lost 3kg( about 6-7 pounds)and sore throat, neck ache, after 3 weeks i tested for hiv ab and p24 neg. but alkaline phoosphates 360. After 2 month i tested hiv p24 ag. and RNA qualitative PCR. Neg. but my alkaline phosphates 400. at two month also i had sinusit with cough. at 23 week i tested hiv ab and agp24 Neg. but after that i had white spots on the edges of the tongue which were painful. Now my questions: Assuming that i had no condom and she was + 1) Do my symptoms , losing weight at 3 day, neck ache, sore throate and sinusit at 1.5 month and painful white spots on tongue at 6 month related to hiv disease? 2) Is high alkaline phosphates related to HIV? 3) is there any chance that my 23th week test was a false negative? 4) What do you suggest? GOD BLESS YOU MAN.

4. Stop worrying about a disease you could not possibly have. Don't get so drunk you can no longer protect yourself from STDs/HIV!
