| risk? Jul 26, 2007 My question is about a possible infection. I am negative, my boyfriend is hiv +. We have, and have only had safe sex, ( he's the top ). The last time we had sex, when he pulled out, ( he never ejaculates in me) the condom came off inside me. He did not cum, and he never pre cums, I also do not bleed, but Im still worried that what If this one tome he did pre cum. He even showed me after words, before he ejaculated that even at that point there was no pre cum, but as an extremely safe guy, I don't want it floating in the back of my mind, especially since I just took a new hiv test 2 weeks ago that confirmed I have never been exposed. |

Response from Dr. Frascino
Hi, Your risk sounds essentially nonexistent if the condom slipped off as he pulled out. However, if you're worried, get a repeat rapid HIV test at the three-month mark. It will undoubtedly be negative. I certainly would not recommend PEP for such a minimal potential exposure. Dr. Bob | |||||||||
