Donation Jun 19, 2007 PAr rapport à la dernière réponse que vous m'aviez envoyé, est ce qu'un préservatif craqué lors d'un rapport avec une prostituée en afrique est considéré comme un grand risque pour qu'une séroconversion au délà des 3 mois ait lieu ? Pour la donation, elle n'a pas été faite sous mon surnon wahouf mais sous mon vrai nom !!! Merci docteur |

 Bonjour Wahouf, Un préservatif déchiré constitue un rapport non-protégé. Puisque la prévalence du VIH est très forte en Afrique, je recommanderai un test six mois après la prise de risque si le résultat à trois mois est négatif. Merci de ta donation.
