Swiss Student Follow Up
Mar 11, 2007

Dear DOC, since the last question, I also got a rapid test at the San Francisco Dept of Health, using the Oraquick finger prick test. It was also negative, and at 17.5 weeks. Is it over for me since its FDA Approved, or should I continue testing?

Response from Dr. Frascino

Hi Swiss Stud.,

As anticipated, your definitive (and FDA-approved) HIV test is negative. No further HIV testing is warranted. Now stop worrying and start WOO-HOOing!

Be well.

Dr. Bob
