I've heard about this treatment HspE7 to treat anal lesions, I've recently been diagnosed with low grade anal intraepithelial neoplasia AIN1 and the doctor wants to cut me up in surgery. Since this is very early stage, I was wondering how could I become part of a clinical trial with this new therapy. I know in San Francisco HIV+ people like myself are having extremelly success with combating actual lesions. Since mine is such low grade in your opinion would I have a better chance to fight this off. Please let me know how I can get info on this, I tried searching online many times without success,.

HspE7 is a novel investigational therapeutic vaccine for the treatment of serious human papillomavirus (HPV)-related diseases. I believe the original product has been recently reformulated to increase potency. I'd suggest you check with your HIV specialist. He can let you know if there are any currently enrolling clinical trials of this therapeutic vaccine in your area, whether you would qualify for the trial, and whether you should consider it.
