Dear: I Just came to Know that I am HIV Positive on 09, August, 06. I was negitive since 24 Jan 2006. The blood result is showing cut off value 5.55. I am Married, 36 Years old. Never ever had any abnormal sexual activity in my life. I had never went to any Female but only my wife, I have on Baby Boy 18 Months old, and my ny wife in pregnant with 3.5 months.
Now Iam realy worried , can you please help my by telling me what should I do now, I will be grateful.

If indeed you have absolutely no HIV risk factors blood transfusions, unprotected sex, sharing IV drug needles then your recent HIV screening test may well be a false-positive. What should you do? Have your test repeated. If positive, you'll need a secondary test (Western Blot or immunofluorescence assay) in order to confirm the preliminary finding.
