Response from Dr. Frascino
Hello, Emergency PEP question??? Time is urgent???? Can "HIP" be transmitted??? HIP????? Dearie, one thing you are not is "hip." If you were, you wouldn't be worried about such an inane situation. Your situation is not an emergency, is not urgent and does not even warrant a minimal worry, let alone posting your question in all capital letters. Sweetie, get a grip! If HIV were transmitted that easily, it would have wiped out the entire planet years ago. So stop running around like Henny Penny. The sky is not falling and your HIV risk is nonexistent.
