PEP HELP!!
Apr 25, 2006

Dr.Bob I am about 6hrs out from an odd sexual experience. I was having foreplay with someone, of unknown status, and as he was fingering me ( I was ass to his penis). He kept almost purposefully rubbing his precum INTO my vagina. He was rubbing himself then into vagina and back again -rockabye motion-. I forced myself to orgasm right away, so my fluids would wash out his precum. He then continued with that same prosition. I then peed. I am freaking out, do I need pep? This was not in the archives. I have donated please help!

Response from Dr. Frascino

Hello,

If your partner was doing something you feel was unsafe, you should have stopped the action then and there. It takes two to do an unsafe rockabye-my-baby motion.

Do you need PEP? I would probably counsel against it, based on the limited information I have. If you feel you've placed yourself at risk, get an HIV test at the three-month mark!

Thanks for your donation!

Remember ultimately each one of us is responsible for our sexual good health. Modify your mattress-mambo maneuvers to include only those activities you feel are safe.

I'll send you my best good-luck/good-health karma that your HIV test is negative. The odds are all in your favor.

Good luck.

Dr. Bob
