|Please give me the "ok" to WOO-FRICKIN-HOO
Sep 22, 2005
Dear Dr. Bob, Thank you so much for all that you do. Your answers have kept a lot of people sane. No offense but hopefully this will be my last post as I will never put myself at risk again. I wrote you a while ago ( the nurse exposed to a patients blood, not sure of patients status, no noted cuts, pored alcohol on hands but felt no cuts, negative 5 and 8 week test) Well i just had a test at 85 days and it was negative for HIV and hepatitis. Can I finally WOO-FRICKIN-HOO and be 100% sure that I don't have HIV and end this nightmare or do you recommend further testing? Thank you and how do I go about sending a donation?
| Response from Dr. Frascino
Actually I wouldn't have even recommended HIV testing if the blood only came in contact with intact skin. So after a five-week, eight-week and 85-day negative test, are you WOO-Frickin'-HOO-able? Absofrickinlutely. Congratu-frickin-lations!
