i wanna know Mar 26, 2001 i had unprotected sex with this girl whom i did not know, and the following morning i had this tingling in the tip of my penis. it gets worse when i have to urinate but then when i releive myself the tingling subdues. i have no discharge and it does not burn as do some std symptoms say. does this sound anything like an std or is it something else. please help |

 It is difficult for me to say to what your symptoms are related. Having a tingling sensation at the tip of your penis can be quite normal, as long as it is not painful, uncomfortable, or accompanied by discharge.
