Not being able to get HIV treatment may be your "main concern," but it's certainly not your main problem! Without doubt your primary problem is "believing" that you have HIV when in reality you do not. It is not a question of your body not producing anti-HIV antibodies, but rather your not being able to accept the wonderful news that HIV is not the cause of your "unbelievable symptoms!"
You do not need HIV treatment.
Assuming you tested beyond the window period, you also do not need any additional HIV tests.
What you desperately do need is therapy to help you cope with your irrational fears of being HIV infected. See your general medicine physician to check out any persistent symptoms. And while there, ask for a referral for counseling for your unwarranted HIV anxiety. Remember HIV is not your problem. Stop chasing a disease you could not possibly have and confront a very real problem that is clearly present.
