Response from Mr. Kull
The safest way to do this is to give him a blow job (i.e., perform oral sex on him) while he is wearing a codom. Even without a condom, it is highly unlikely that you would transmit HIV to him by putting your mouth on his penis. First of all, saliva contains low quantities of HIV, probably too low to infect another person. Secondly, there is no evidence that anyone has ever been infected this way (as long as there wasn't blood present in the infected person's mouth). Talk with your partner about your concerns and see if there is a way you can both engage in sexual contact that you are both comfortable with. Most importantly, try to find ways to have sex and be safe without taking too much fun and pleasure away from having sex. RMK | |||
