Payroll Deduction Nov 24, 2004 Hi Doc... I'm trying to add a $5 per week donation to your foundation from my payroll system. I have the address and the tax license, but do you have a United Way charity code? I know it's only $5 a week, but I like thinking of it as $260 per year. Thanks again for all that you do.  Hi Matt, Yes, we have received donations through United Way in the past, although I do not know of a specific code. Chances are this is something your payroll office should have or be able to obtain from United Way. Thank you for your donations! They are warmly appreciated. Dr. Bob | ||||||||
