Response from Dr. Frascino
Hi, Lymph nodes, even swollen ones, do not "hold or stop antibodies being produced." Specifically, they do not alter the results of HIV tests, ability of the body to make anti-HIV antibodies, or the duration of the window period. Your repeatedly negative HIV tests out to six months are conclusive and definitive. If your lymph nodes are sore or swollen, have your doctor check them out. There are many possible causes, including your pushing on them all the time! Thank you for your donation! The needs of those desperately trying to cope with HIV/AIDS have never been greater. WOO-HOO! Stay well! Dr. Bob | |||
