somewhat protected anal sex Jul 26, 2004 I had receptive anal sex with a condom however the person touched the outside tip of the condom with the tip of his penis before turning it around and putting it on......... The condom did not break and there was no ejaculation. How high risk is this? I have started PEP treatment less than 30 hours after this as well. First MSM experience. |

 Hello, I do not consider your risk high (or even significant for that matter). Personally, I would not recommend PEP for the situation you describe. I don't know who started you on PEP, but you might consider getting a second opinion from an HIV specialist in your area.
