 Hello, OK Southern Italian Stallions can have impressive (and very sexy) two-day stubble. I'll agree with that. (Perhaps it's related to our high testosterone levels?) However, the beard friction is not a risk for HIV transmission. Your risk remains the same as others who had insertive oral sex extremely low. I see no additional risk.
