| HELP for those who are WORRIED Mar 6, 2004 Around two years ago, i was deep kissing someone. Around a week later, i got really sick...high temperature, bleeding gums, cold sores, night sweats, and a rash. the night sweats continued on and off for a year. needless to say, i was REAAALY scared. I spend hundreds of hours looking on the internet and in medical books for the symptoms of recent hiv infection and it seemed as though i had most of them. i was really sacred to get tested b/c i thought i had hiv. i was so sick of the anxiety that i took a leap of faith last week and got tested. i am VERY happy to say that i was found to be negative. i am writing this to those who are sick of being worried...get tested and start LIVING. |

Response from Dr. Frascino
Hello, If you had read the archives of this site two years ago, you would have realized that "a kiss is just a kiss . . . as time goes by." Thanks for taking the time to write in. Neg or Poz, "LIVING" is an excellent idea. Stay well. Dr. Bob | |||||||||
