Mutual Masturbation and HIV Mar 11, 2001 I recently performed mutual masturbation with another person and he ejaculated on my hand. He then proceeded to touch himself and then finished masturbating me with the same hand. Am I at risk for an STD or HIV from this? I think he may have given me the same towel he used to wipe off with for me to wipe off with too? Help!!! I also had a scabbed over cut on my hand that he ejaculated on. Does that put me at risk? |

 If his semen came into contact with the urethra (the tube you urinate/pee out of) of your penis, then it is possible that you could be infected with certain fluid-related sexually transmitted infections. It is unlikely that HIV would be transmitted this way (the CDC hasn't documented any cases of HIV transmission occurring through mutual masturbation). HIV is probably not transmitted through a cut that has been scabbed over. RMK | ||||||||
