Response from Mr. Kull
When HIV is transmitted through contact with semen or blood, it is known to occur through sex (anal, vaginal, and, less frequently, oral) or through blood contact (sharing injection needles, healthcare settings). It is not known to be transmitted through the casual contact you describe (touching someone's hand, and then your own genitals). Consider making a donation to your local AIDS service organization.
