|which oral sex is more risky?
Jun 9, 2003
Hi Ryan: Can you tell me which is riskier? Performing oral sex on a woman(assuming she's HIV+) or perming oral sex on a guy without him ejaculating inside?
Thanks alot, you are great!!keep up with the good work..

According to cases documented by the CDC and other research conducted, it seems that the person performing oral sex on a male is at greater risk for infection. However, the likelihood of oral sex transmission is considered very low, so it might not be worth splitting hairs.
Reducing the amount and type of fluid contact with your mouth, as well as not engaging in oral sex when you have poor oral health, can reduce the odds for transmission.
Some other STIs can be transmitted through oral sex. See Oral Sex STIs for more info.
