Do you have a specific reason to suspect that she has an oral STI? If not, you probably should not be worrying about this.
There are certain sexually transmitted infections that can be transmitted to your genitals via somebody's mouth. Any infections that occur in or around the mouth, or are transmitted through fluids in the mouth, could theoretically be transmitted to your genital region. STIs that could be transmitted through RECEIVING oral sex are herpes, syphilis, hepatitis B, gonorrhea, and HPV (please note, that the likelihood of transmitting these infections varies based on the specific infection, and other factors as well).
Oral-to-genital and genital-to-oral transmission is not as common as genital-genital, but it can happen.
