Since there is no evidence to support transmission through kissing (saliva isn't known to transmit HIV), it's considered a pretty safe activity. Try not to obsess about the possibility of a cut in her mouth; if you have no evidence of exposure to blood, why make things more difficult on yourself? If you find that it's hard to stop worrying about this, or that your sexual activity with others is fraught with anxiety, you should really consider talking with a health professional, in person, about your concerns.
