Response from Mr. Kull
There isn't an official guidebook that defines what sex is or isn't. Some people might define sex as anything involving genital contact, while others might only mean traditional penile-vaginal sex. It's up to you.
In this forum, when we talk about sexual contact, we're referring to intimate contact with another person where there is potential, immediate exchange of fluids (intercourse, oral sex, outercourse, deep kissing, mutual masturbation, etc.).
What is important is whether or not you come into contact with your partner's fluids. While we don't deal with issues of pregnancy in this forum, it is possible to become pregnant or infected with a sexually transmitted infection when being exposed to pre-cum alone.
