In the case of a man(myself) having a woman of unknown health status , use her mouth sexually on my penis, balls, and anus , what is the chance of me catching a serious infection such as hiv or hepatitis , furthermore i am healthy of any disease but it may be possible that my immune system is not wholly strong due to the fact that i am recovering from chronic fatigue syndrome and hpyofunction (weakness) of the adrenal glands...am i at rink for hiv if i only receive oral sex

You are not at any real risk for HIV infection. See Confused....
It is possible to become infected with hepatitis B through mucous membrane contact with an infected person's saliva. If you are concerned about your risk for hepatitis infection, talk with your doctor about vaccination.
