Male Escort HIV risk Jul 15, 2002 Dear Ryan, I recently visited a male escort club to see what it was like to go with a boy. Although we did not have sex, I masturbated him with my bare hand, and on the tip of my index finger I had a small paper cut about 10 hours old. The boy didn't cum but I cannot be sure if he produced any pre cum. If he did though, and assuming he was HIV positive, could I be at any risk of being infected in this way?  When assessing your risk, it is crucial to remember that HIV is only known to be sexually transmitted during anal, vaginal, and, less frequently, oral sex (to the person performing oral sex). There is no evidence that HIV is transmitted through masturbating with a partner. RMK | ||||||||
