Insertive Oral with Abrasion

I know that getting a blow job is very low risk for HIV but what if there was an abrasion on my penis at the time? I have heard of the case where HIV was possibly attributed to a biting incident during receptive oral but I'm unclear as to how blood was involved from the biter. If the person I was involved with is correct in their assesment that they had no open sores and they had healthy gums, does the abrasion even matter? The abrasion should not matter because the saliva of infected people is not implicated as a fluid that transmits HIV.
