Yesterday night I was given a blow job by a girl who was a complete stranger. That was my first experience. It was superb. Some of friends told me you need to give your partner mouthwash or carbonated drink before giving Blowjob for disinfecting.Well I couldn't find anything. Is there a possibility of me getting AIDS if she does. Mr.X ,London

Response from Mr. Kull

The mouthwash/carbonated drink thing sounds like a myth to me. As far as I know, there is no scientific data to back up that theory.

There is no evidence that HIV is transmitted through receiving oral sex. The saliva of HIV infected people does not pose a risk for transmission. This is explained in my response to Saliva as a Barrier
