I am interested in knowing what STD's, other than HIV, can be transmitted through oral sex? More specifically, if I am orally pleasing a man, can he pass STD's to me even if I don't swallow his cum? In addition, if I have an STD in my mouth, can I pass it to another person by kissing them or by orally pleasing them? Thank you for your time & consideration.

Please read my response to Can you get an STD if you use a condom?. That response delineates which STDs are transmitted through skin contact and which are transmitted through fluids. Herpes and genital warts can occur in or around the mouth and are transmitted by contact with virus present on the skin or mucous membranes. It is possible to transmit chlamydia, gonorrhea, hepatitis B, and syphilis orally by coming into contact with infected fluids. Having an active infection in your mouth could possibly be transmitted to another person through oral-oral or oral-genital contact.
