Rimming Question Dec 29, 2000 I received rimming from my partner. What are the chances of getting STD such as gonorrhea, syphilis ? I also used cut condom to rim my partner. Please tell me about the risks involved in this activity. |

 There is no simple answer to your question since there are a variety of STDs that are transmitted in different ways. Any active infections around or in your partner's mouth could theoretically be transmitted to your anus during rimming. The most important thing for you to do is to be aware of any symptoms that may arise and see a doctor when necessary. Using a condom to protect your mouth during rimming is very safe activity.
