please answer Jan 18, 2001 Can a person experience ARS at 3 and half months? If so what are the chances of this? Thanks |

 Yes, a person could experience ARS three months after infection. It is difficult to say what the chances of this happening are. There have been some studies about acute retroviral syndrome that suggest people generally experience symptoms anywhere from 10 days to 3 weeks following infection. Based on those studies, you could speculate that the likelihood of symptoms occuring at three months is low. Exactly why this would happen and to whom it would occur is unclear. RMK | ||||||||
